OK, I tried out something new tonight and it was the coolest thing ever. I fished the docks while it was raining with a new product called Reel-lites. It's a 612 led submersible light with 2600 lumen's and I can truly say that it lights up everything.
The plankton and minnows showed up within minutes. Had my first fish hooked on in less than five minutes. We fished for 2 hours and at one time, we were catching whites one after another. It's really neat to see the fish swimming around the green light.
Ended up catching walleye, LMB, drum, and tons of whites. You have to check them out. http://www.reel-lites.com Hook'Em!!

Sandy Bovee " I really like night fishing. It is so much fun to watch all the minnows come in to this Reel lite. Then the Crappie start biting. I got this one (13") the other night. We have the Green 612 Reel Lite, and it is BRIGHT!! You should order one, and you get it quick. It's a great light at a fair price. I'm not too good at this writing stuff, I'd rather fish. Mike Carter "I have the ones specifically designed for bank fishing for myself and have purchased the green lights for boat fishing as gifts to others. They really have a superior light, are easy to use and draw bait fish in extremely well. After that happens you are no longer crappie fishing but crappie catching. You will like Bob's lights too." David Shands "I have used these lights from the boat at night and they work great.....What I like is the low amp draw, you do not have to worry about pulling you battery down. I like these lights because they are small in size and do not take up a lot of room, but still do a great job of bring the baitfish in which in turn attracts bigger great lights at a good price." Larry Bovee My wife & I started using one of Bob's Reel-Lites a while back. At first I was skeptical about it. Ever heard of Zoo Plankton? Ever seen any? Us neither. Well, when we put the Reel Lite in the water for the first time we were amazed at all the "critters" swimming around that light. Zoo Plankton! Then pretty soon here come some minnows, after that we started catching Crappie. If you ever fish at night, get you one of these lights. No bugs like lantern fishing. Just real bright underwater light. It's fun and it works..." Larry Aka Crappie 1

Tim "Well I took my light 612 LED and went fishing. I took this sucker to a river-run res, with stain water at best. I had a school of all kinds under my boat. I set up on the edge of the channel out from a bay in about 6ft of water. Later hook-up with a 25.5" female channel. 5min. Later 22" male channel. A couple 2-3 pounders later and up comes another female channel a tad over 26" Tim Aka Riverscum

Bart Giles I deal with boats and gear all day, every day. I mostly do freshwater fishing but not at night. I tend to do most my night fishing in saltwater. Me and a buddy just got a small bay boat so after we get it all fixed up to how we like it I will be doing more saltwater fishing trout, snook, redfish, mackerel, shark and whatever else will bite and really enjoy using the light.
