Question:
Are the lights durable?
Answer:
Yes, very much so....there are no glass tubes to break....the bulbs can stand abuse to
certain degree. For demonstration have held light above my head
and dropped it on cement and the lights work. Reason there is nothing to break such as
filaments like household bulbs have.
Question:
Why so many lights?
Answer:
Just like cars....all cars have 4 tires, small tires, medium tires, big tires. Small engines,
medium engines, big engines. The same with lights, some people want medium light say
for a kayak, others want bank fishing lights, some want more lumen etc.
Question:
I use a 5aH battery to run my fish finder on my crappie cart.
I have a flouro light, but have yet to run it off the same battery because I can't find any amp
ratings on it--tossed the package before the first use even.
Anyhow, with a 0.04 amp draw, how long (if you have a clue) could I expect to run one of
your lights?
As much as I love electronics, it sure is hard staying under the doc's 10# limit on lifting
when it comes to fishing. All that tackle, minnow-bucket full of water,
and beverages/food add up quick so I have to save where I can.
Answer:
Have run the 50 L.E.D light on a 8 pack of AA batteries here at home, and the lights and
surpised how long they ran. 100 L.E.D. on the 8 pack AA for good 6 hours

Question:
I'm up here in Maine, and have been thinking about ice fishing at night with a light for
crappie. I'm 71, but willing to try something new. What do you use for batteries to power
these lights? I usually don't bring any heavy batteries...just rely on my flasher and auger
batteries. Any other info you could supply would be appreciated.
Answer:
8 batteries AA type will power 50 L.E.D. Lights will give you more than enough hours of
light. Do not recommend AA batteries for 75 & 100 LEDS.

Question:
Is one 100 LED light good enough to cover the whole area around the 14 foot boat? Or is
one 200 LED better?
Answer:
Two light 100 LED one in the front and one on the side or back of the boat. One 100 LED
will cover about 3/4 area of your boat The 200 LED will be brighter But also look at this
way.................2 lights 100 LED equals 200 LED just showing you different options

Question:
Also, are the wires open-ended? I'd like to put alligator clamps on them and run them off
of my trolling motor battery. Is this possible?
Answer:
The lights come with 30 amp clips already installed.
Will work great off your trolling motor, in fact recommend it.
The reason I bring this up is if you perfer not to use your trolling motor there are other
ways to light up the LEDs
That is what so great about the LED very little power consumption.
Hopefully answered your questions

Question bank fishing:
Quote; my idea for Reel Lite is a way to secure it to a bouy of some sort and then be able
to pitch it out 10-15ft...thought of this idea for bank fishing..............
.....the bouy idea was for a guy that is fishing from the bank and wants to get
the Reel lite out 10 -15 ft from shore. he could attach it to 2-4 ft of string
below a bouy of some sort and then pith it out or let it drift out. Also while
having a string attached to the bouy so you can pull it back.
Unquote
Answer:
You don't need a bouy to tie off too.
Get a good size bobber say about 2" to float or a swimmming pool noodle, tie to the light
make sure that the clamp does not move at the depth set.
Hang on the wire beside the battery clamps with one hand and the other
hand give the light a toss out in the deep waters. A 40' cord would be ideal
setup for this approach.
