customers to try the product in their waterway for a total of 60 nights from the delivery
date. If for whatever reason the customer is not satisfied with the product, they have
the option of returning the system for a full refund of the purchase price. We must
unfortunately limit this period to 60 nights due to abuse and wear, rendering the unit
unavailable for resale.
Satisfaction Guarantee Disclaimer:
The merchandise must be returned in functional, non-damaged condition to qualify for
the 60 day guarantee. Components damaged by the customer through improper
handling or use will be pro-rated at discretion of the manufacturer. The above
offer/guarantee is intended to provide a trial period in which customers can see the
amazing effect these lights produce, and see their fish attracting ability first hand.
This guarantee applies to the product and its effectiveness. Changes in economic
situations, disasters (natural or man made), etc... do not fall under this guarantee. We
can guarantee that we are making a quality product, and that it will attract fish
anywhere they swim, but we cannot guarantee the environment or your personal
situation.
Full Two Year Warranty
This unit will be covered for 2 year (to the original purchaser with receipt) from the date
of purchase for any manufacture defects.
Any defective part(s) will be replaced or repaired FREE of charge. The purchaser
Will/Must make arrangements to ship/transport the unit to the manufacturer. This does
not cover bulb breakage or any damage to the unit by boat, prop, fishing hooks etc..
In the unlikely event of a unit failure, the purchaser agrees to immediately unplug the
unit. The unit must then be shipped back to the manufacturer at the purchasers
expense for inspection.
If the unit is found to be defective a repaired system or new unit will be shipped to the
purchaser at the manufacturers expense. If the unit has been found to be tampered
with or misused in any way and the unit/bulb or wire(s) needs to be repaired/replaced
from DAMAGE not covered by warranty, the purchaser shall contact the manufacturer
and request a price quote for the repair.
